Its been a year since i joined , crazy journey , ups and downs , but wouldnt change it because i met so many great people and learned so much , not just the tools and ways to cope with mental health struggles, but learned about life and about the world around me , as a 16-17 year old kid i joined not knowing my head from my legs and thought i knew so much but i really didnt , i kept dealing with problems and being taught that i was simply misguided and not aware about alot thinking im the only one who had this difficult life and mental heath state.

Thanks to everyone who helped this past year , hopefully to a better 2020 ❤️❤️

Wow, you're way ahead of me. We're neck and neck on the track... But it took me 65years to get this far! I am especially happy for you because your progress and knowledge, will save you from a lot of the pain I unintentionally inflicted on those around me.
