I had a better day than most yesterday, still felt sick but not as bad and was still anxious during the day but again it wasn’t too bad, then I laid down for the night and was actually tired and could not sleep. My body felt like it was internally shaking and I was able to sleep for maybe 4 hours then woke up and was just tossing and turning. Does this happen to anyone?

Shaking
Happens to me. I've gotten better at managing my anxiety over the years so the shaking is not as intense as it used to be. However, occassionally I will just start shaking for no reason, not even feeling anxious (or cold, the other reason people tend to shake). its kind of like my body got used to responding like that and it just does it... for no reason!!! 😵
Hi mayaohh, I do experience the same internal shaking/vibrations. I find that
it's due to over sensitized nervous system. Watching your caffeine can help as
well as accepting that this is not dangerous and breathe through the feeling.
It will help lower the adrenaline and relax the nervous system. You're not alone xx
I have similar although these feeling are becoming less and less, is this sensation a regular problem or just last night ? If it happens regular talk to your GP
Are you taking any medications for Joint Pain, Arthritis. Sometimes if we are tired you may find something like this can happen.
My problem was caused by Nerve and Tendon Damage, They have started a new treatment and now I get a feeling of insects crawling under my skin, that is now becoming less and less

It happens pretty often but I can feel it more when my anxiety is bad, recently it hasn’t happened much until I lay in bed or sit down to relax my body will start shaking. I’m only taking medication for anxiety nothing else
It may be your Anxiety although only your Doctor can help with a diagnosis. In my case I have been put on D3 medications and B12 injections every twelve weeks. I seem to be getting better because of this new treatment. I am going through reductions in my medications, I understand it is going to take several months to sort out.
Talk to your GP and see what is suggested.

i get the shaking also but it depends on my anxiety level. I put my hand on someone's arm the other day and could feel me shaking through my hand. I would also sleep 3 to 4 hours a night til I said something to the prescribing dr who put me on trazadone for sleeping. I also have a weighted blanket that has been helping me with tossing and turning all night long with the sleeping pill
