Being Kind Never Goes Out of Style!

How many people were you kind to today?

Kindness can go a long way. It’s true when they say you never know what someone is dealing with, your act of kindness could be the one thing that gave them hope or a smile!

I could not agree more with this! One of the quotes I live by is “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. So be kind. Always.”

This quote really hit home for me when I discovered I had an anxiety disorders. Having such an internal disorder means that often people have no idea I’m spiraling. They don’t know that sometimes just a simple smile or nice comment could bring me out of the darkness in my head. So because of this, I try to be kind to as many people as possible.

You never know what that simple smile did to someone’s day. Kindness is an easy thing to do. There’s no excuse not to be kind.

That’s wonderful that you have that thought. I definitely can appreciate it and relate. The biggest scars are the ones you can’t see. Having anxiety doesn’t discriminate against anyone, anyone can be walking around with it and we would have no clue. Thanks so much for sharing that quote as well!!!! 💜

Totally agree. We don't know what people are going through.

One smile or act of kindness can change someones whole day.

Very true!! I know that I would appreciate it if and when I am having a not so good day. Even if it doesn’t look like I am feeling unhappy. It would be a lot to me.

Very true. My sister once said that kindness was completely lacking in our family, and it is such a simple thing but absolutely essential in life. x

I agree, it’s an essential part of everyone. It’s a universal thing. Doesn’t matter where your from or gender, age, etc it’s so important to give it and receive it!
