hi everyone, i just joined this community and i’m still kinda unsure if this will really be beneficial for me but i wanted to give it a try. i’ve been struggling with depression for over a year now and lately it has become worse. i don’t have friends or family in real life who understand me so it’s easier for me to resort online.. if this app helped anyone, can you please let me know? thank you. 💜

hi namu and welcome to you thankfully your not alone anymore in your daily struggles as you now have us.for me my honest opinion being on here has made me more calm and at ease with who I am but I also sought help nearer to home as well.some of us have been around a long time so it must be doing some good I guess hopefully you can stick around as well.
thank you for your kind words. i’ve been thinking about searching for a therapist but i’m kinda hesitating bc i’ve tried it before and i didn’t get the help i was hoping for.
no worries anytime the way I looked at it the first time I was unravelling inside it was hard the second time I was nearly 2 years it was that bad last time I just went with an open mind it worked best for me.
Hi namu. I joined fairly recently as well and have found it very helpful. In this forum, there is always someone who knows what I’m talking about & more than once I’ve gotten some truly helpful advice.

Hi Namu. For me it helped me a lot. I have a place where I can voice out my stress, emotions and all the sad feelings I have. I have depression and anxiety. This place is a good therapy and a place to meet people who have the same.
that’s nice to hear. just seeing nice comments from ppl who are going through similar things makes me feel better. 💜
