Oh yes it does happen here. I avoid those people too. I also avoid angry people too or those who keep posting the same questions, especially when they never acknowledge their replies x

Well I think leaving your posts unlocked (which I notice many do) only encourages trolls and scammers as it means the whole post and the replies can be viewed in full by the whole world. x

Yes. Click into your avatar then profile. There you will find all your previous posts and replies. Pull them up then click on the 'more' button at the button. You have the option to delete or edit so you can back lock them if you wish instead. x

Thank you for suggestion to go back and block them. I think if more people would Google their user names and see what comes up they'd be more likely to lock their posts. 😱

I do not. Probably due to me being a sociopath I'm not overly concerned with what people on here know about me. It's because I told them is why. Realistically I could be a troll making up a huge story and giving advice about conditions I looked up in the net. Because of my condition this is entirely plausible. However, I give you my word - for what it's worth - that on here I am honest. I say what is actually happening or I have experienced, I will tell the truth. That does not often come forth first nor does it come easy. But I am comfortable here and do let down my guard. And my mask.

Yes, Ive noticed the same. I've always just ignored it. it may be a symptom of their illness - needing the attention so I just go with the flow!

I've been very lucky and in the few years I've been a member of HU, I can honestly say I've only had 2 occasions when I wasn't happy with certain remarks and I reported them. Another member had also had the misfortune of "talking" to the individual and reported him too😁😁👍.

Thanks Rondo! Something happened on here with me and another person. I noticed something was not adding up. I have to be honest I didn’t take it personal because I felt like my responses to this person was a genuine act of concern. I thought I was relatable to that person. So I reached out and as soon as I reached out I discovered the underlying intention of this person was not genuine. I noticed it was sort of a trap and this person was taking advantage of others vulnerabilities.

I doubted a user on here a few months ago and I was right they outed themselves eventually at no point did I post about it or message users until it came out in the open.it cant be right to message users about an intuition and then the user gets totally ignored with no support.if you realise things don't add up or whatever then we jut don't respond to them again.i messaged a user after this user more or less outed themselves just to warn them and they near enough have ignored me ever since.

we had a user come here about 2 years ago harassing a user so bad he was banned but time and time again he came back with all sorts of names and stories and every time I have sussed him out these type of folk are what put people off staying or trigger people to the point of no return that's the type of users we should take note of.
