I deal with them on a daily basis.

But type of panic attack are you having? You said you just freeze and leave. Are you talking about being in public? Or what exactly?

Being in public.

That happens to me too sometimes, wish I could tell you there’s ways to handle it but it’s a mental thing, just gotta breath and try not to overthink your environment. I totally get it’s easier said than done but you can do it if you truly put your mind to it.

I’m sorry you’re struggling. I have panic attacks and am learning to work through them. It is definitely hard, but I’m learning to accept them & breathe through them instead of fighting them. I definitely understand the feeling of wanting to “leave.” I watch YouTube videos of Claire Weeks. A lot of people swear by her for helping them. She helps calm me down. I listen to her fairly often and I also downloaded a kindle book she wrote about nervous illness (anxiety). Another helpful tool is meditation apps. I’ll have to look & see which one I use the most and I’ll post it for you.

The two meditation apps I use are Calm and Insight Timer. I prefer Insight Timer. They’re both free and offer a paid subscription. I just sign on and use the free offerings. I listen to stories at night to help me relax & fall asleep as well as meditations during the day. Hope this helps.
