A cycle

Some days are better than others. Morning have been really hard for me. I honestly only get yo because I have to be at work, but I find myself crying every morning. Sometimes I feel nothing and other times I feel like so much is expected of me and I’m overwhelmed.

Hi Sandy05, mornings can be very difficult for people suffering from anxiety.

Cortisol and Adrenaline levels are high at that time of day. Waking up to a new

day with challenges that may be ahead of us bring that rush of feeling overwhelmed.

Crying is okay if that's the emotion you feel. It helps release the cortisol stored up

in our body. Do you feel more at ease as the day and evening go on??

Try doing some deep breathing upon awakening in the morning. Some affirmation

meditation can help push those negative thoughts and what ifs aside. Do your

breathing when driving to work as well as when the feeling overwhelms you.

Breathe in peace and exhale long and slow your stress. It can help. :) xx
