Anxiety Attack for what reason?
Best thing to do when that happens is to sit back and take a deep breath. And repeat several times.
That’s good for immediate short term relief. For a routine you can do every day or so, look for meditation audios online.
Deep breathe and know that it will end--it's transient and not harmful. Have you tried breathing into a paper bag? Exercise, regular sleep and good diet eventually helps.
Hey fbcoach, my first thought was to ask if you were sure that it was not a heart/stroke incident as those symptoms are similar. But then I looked at your past post regarding TIA episode. I still think it is wise to include your medical doctor in the conversation about what you just experienced since he/she can also advise you regarding handling anxiety.
Since you called this a mild attack, does that mean that you have experienced previous episodes which have been more intense? If so, what have you done to get through those?
