Yes people pick up on Depression and are unable to relate to a sufferer. It also seems that when we start up a school, again we seem to generally be picked out. Given that history you need to approach your problems one by one to sort your concerns and any Anxiety you have picked up on the way. When you talk to your GP take a list of your problems so you can explain and not forget.
You can try and address each problem in small bites when you get stuck with one , move onto the next you can always return to earlier bites as you become stronger, eventually you will clear your problems and move on to a more positive life where problems have passed you by. You will hopefully become stronger turning your back on the past and making plans for your future.
You can also try Mindfulness A Relaxation Technique, you can get books on the subject for £7; 50 STG on the Internet. Breathing Techniques sometimes can help your mood. Explanations can be found on the Internet

I have little family and friends who I feel ok around. I think I project my not liking myself onto them or maybe they really do think terrible stuff about me well really who cares. I’m hoping you will keep up with writing here as it can be healing to release ... not healthy to keep it bottled up.
