Just want to share this info. So I’m going to start taking this, probably 600-800 mg a day (200 mg every 3-4 hours) because I read that dose helps with severe anxiety and it is also said to help protect brain cells from damage/aging. I was also told that taking 100 mg with coffee gives you a calm lift rather than ups with jitters.

I'll have to check with my nephrologist. He doesn't recommend anything other than Vit D... I'll ask around & maybe google for more info. :)

I have a friend who takes that in her coffee and says just as you did a nice “calming lift,” whereas she typically gets the jitters from coffee and well, anxiety. Let us know how it goes!
