I just posted about a blue day and I blue week, just yesterday night my bf broke up with me, via a message cause you know, we live in different countries. Not a call, nothing..and I was supposed to go there in a couple of weeks, actually I’m still going cause of a work meeting. Anyway, the reason is that he s in a really bad period and he s not giving me attention, not treating me as he was used to do. However, in my opinion this was out of the blue, unexpected, completely unexpected.

I am not in better shape, and now I do feel worse.

I called my supporter for a talk, but they won’t be able to receive me til Wednesday

In the meantime, I haven’t received anything from him and am just overthinking..I spent a really bad night and today it seems even worse.
