Ended up in the urgent care last night. Thought I might have had kidney stones or something but turns out as of now to just be a bladder/kidney infection. Treating it with antibiotics, fluids, and rest for the time being.
The doctor said it was pretty severe and that the infection had to have been prominent for at least 5 days before now.
I’m getting so wrapped up in caring for my family and just my mental health is all out of wack that I’m neglecting myself to the point I don’t even notice when something is wrong or off. I’m not taking care of myself like I need to be.

Take care of yourself. Go to the library and check out the book Boundaries. Take time and read it there if that is more comfortable.
This an emotional ride you are on and you have to get off that constant concern of adding the responsibility of other people's issues with you and owning "it." There it is not yours. You can not fix things for people or be their verbal punching bag. Boundaries girl! It will take time but pay attention to what you need to understand for you and others will follow with what is expected as a good human being. You do not have all the answers and that is okay you are not responsible to be all knowing.
