Anxiety comes and goes

I found that lately my anxiety has been higher than usual. Its interesting because for the most part I have it well managed for the last few months. I am taking my xanax as needed and it works. However, it really makes me tired. Also I feel that after the anxious moments I reflect too much on the negative thoughts that I had prior to the sensations. I have a very stressful job and work with some awful insensitive people. Sometimes I need the pills to just deal with them.
