Ceaser, smaller meals throughout the day will help your digestive

system get back to normal. Right now it doesn't know what hit it xx

Right now Ceaser, eat blander small meals today.

Your body is hungry and that's good. Your shaking

hands means your body is in hyper state of anxiety.

That in itself doesn't allow the food to digest easily.

Find a quiet place at work, have some soup and crackers

and see how that feels. Take it in slow steps, you'll feel better. xx

Hey Ceaser, salad may be too much roughage for you to handle. Do you like cereal,

eggs and toast, soup, chicken, bananas, applesauce...see things like this to just start

off with. But I see you like your goodies...chips and m&ms. That doesn't have enough

protein to keep you full. Have you ever talked with your doctor about your stomach

issues? I don't want to tell you wrong. Maybe you have food allergies and should be

on a certain diet.. x

I agree with Agora. If you don't eat much for too long then have a big meal of course your stomach will protest! Smaller and more often is the key x

What agora and hypercat have told you is true, smaller meals and more often, that large exotic mixture you mentioned was asking for trouble.

But its not the food that's the problem it's the fact that your stomach has become sensitive. Anxiety makes itself known in the stomach more than any other organ.

Just accept the discomfort for the time being but eat smaller portion each time.

the shaking hands could also be related to a sudden large intake of sugar or a sudden deficit of sugar. moderation in all things.
