Hi all you lovely people. This morning Hope 4321 put a great post up about how to help with depression and anxiety. I was just wondering if anyone has used a SAD lamp to help with depression. I’ve heard good things about them but wondered if they’re just helpful for winter blues or can help with depression. Certainly I find those grey winter days and rain doesn’t help my mood. Would be interested 🤔

I have one and it didn’t help me last year but maybe using it proactively will help. I mean it can’t hurt.
