I’ve been having dizzy/unbalanced/lightheaded feelings for a while now. I know I have generalized anxiety and am pretty much anxious to some degree all the time. Does anyone else feel the physical symptoms of anxiety even when things seem to be ok?
Does anyone know of any techniques or anything I can try to manage the balance issues? It’s getting to a point where I’m getting anxious about getting the symptoms which then causes anxiety and the symptoms to come on.

I’m the same way. Sometimes feeling the physical symptoms escalates into a full blown anxiety attack. I get a tightness in my chest, feeling like I can’t breathe.
As to balance — are you eating/drinking enough? Are you on meds that might cause unsteadiness? Do you exercise? Pilates or yoga are good for balance training. (I’m biased bc I’m a Pilates instructor 😉)
I guess my first question is: are you taking your meds regularly? If so, I think a call to your prescriber is in order. There could be other things going on. I really think you shouldn't have to deal with these side effects or find some way to cope with them. Good karma coming your way friend.
I certainly don't want to make you more anxious friend. Just want to make sure you've looked at all the possibilities. Are you considering checking into medication for anxiety and perhaps therapy to learn tools to deal with it?
This was literally me a year ago. I was in that cycle of I get physically ill from anxiety so then I become anxious of being anxious. I ended being put on escitalopram(lexapro) and my life has been changed ever since. Have you ever taken medication for it? What are your coping mechanisms now?

I was like this in late 2018 early 2019. Lasted about 7 to 8 months. My head was even heavy with the lightheaded, dizziness and offbalance.
So seen my local e.n.t doctor and he said I had sinusitis wich he recommended surgery. Well done the surgery but still felt the same even past the surgery. Doctor finally ruled out anxiety. Trust me I've seen all types of specialists over this from neurologist, cardiologist, e.n.t ..and all results normal.
Hang in there eventually itll go away and there will still be a slight dizziness that you'll learn to manage afterwards.
