Hey everybody, I’ve been meditating and got my medications under control and I’ve been feeling great the past month or so, and just like that it goes away, I woke up this morning with a canker sore in my mouth and hadn’t ever had one before so it set me off into an anxiety attack, thinking that it could be far worse, hopefully it’s just a bad day. Wishing everybody well! :-)

Hi micaht, things happen in life. To lessen the pain and stress that a canker sore

can cause, swish your mouth with ice cold milk. The coldness reduces the soreness

and the milk coats the sore allowing it to heal faster. It was just one of those days xx

Good Luck micaht....my daughter would get canker sores anytime she

had one of those big gumballs or if she ate walnuts. The cold milk swish

seemed to reduce the irritation. You can use it as often as you need to. :) xx

Yep this happens to me I’ll be so good for weeks then JUST LIKE THAT! I’m back to feeling crap again. But thankfully I know it will pass and it does. Take care.

When I was a kid and had lots of canker sores, we used to get baking soda wet the end of a finger and dip it it the baking soda, then apply it to the sore. It stings a little sometimes, but if you keep it covered before you know it, it is gone. The taste of baking soda isn't bad at all, personally I like the taste, at any rate if you would like to try there ya go...happy day!
