Depression and anxiety SUCKS sometimes when I go to sleep, I wish I wouldn't wake up. But I love my only grown child and my 22 year old Grandson and my 17 year old Grandson. I'm not sure what I would do if they weren't here

Deppression is usually worst in the morning

Have you had your hormone levels checked ?

No I haven't but you are right depression is worse in the Morning

Right now I'm living for my 32 year old son and 99 year old dad. I've had these feelings before, and I know I will eventually recover and feel better with treatment.

Not sure you'll see this but I did want to comment on your situation. A person's worth and purpose in life come from staying connected to meaningful relationships, so I am thankful to the Lord you have these precious people in your life. They are a lifeline for you in many ways, and give you a reason to wake up everyday with hope. My children and grandchildren bless me in ways they are not even aware of.

Have you ever been checked by a functional doctor for your depression? Not a regular doctor, but a functional doctor who can get an accurate reading on what is going on inside your body and why. Depression is treatable - it's a matter of looking in the right place for help. Depression can come and go in a person's life or it can be hereditary. I think it would be helpful to know what triggers yours.
