Hoped no one felt ghosted... been hiding in a hole, don't worry I'm okay considering... started new job 2 months ago & been triggered a lot (not cause of job). Actually pushing myself to be at the A's baseball game tonight. Yes, my good friend anxiety is here... just trying to let it win ... so figured I'd check in. Hugs to all & hope we can do this...

👻🎃 Not working at the costume shop means I can enjoy Halloween this year... very much looking forward to it. So count me in.🙁 Our team lost, still had a good time & stayed the whole time. How are you & the pups?

🥰 Been working on try to regain some joy... my fav food truck was at game, got that. Special giveaway night, got that. Had good snacks with me. And of course my honey to snuggle with.

That's the best to have your lovebug with you...such a safe and good feeling...ha, now you're making me hungry..I started cooking some ox roast , it's smelling really good but have to save it for Sunday Funday Football...yippee, so excited to see how The Browns do..oh those cardiac kids...ya never know with them...

Just take a long look at your hubby and Hans..I'll bet you'll feel some joy there...and when you do carry it with you for the rest of your day...
