So true. I've been working on living in the present but that is really difficult because I don't particularly like the present. But that is the way to enjoy moments of time and not think about the future or the past. Hard work.

I agree it’s such hard work. I too am unhappy with much of the present but I try to be settled anyway so I won’t miss out on what there is that is so beautiful to take in. We become tired. There’s only so much we can do. Blessings to you ❤️

It’s so hard to let go and just let life happen. It can be frustrating. Are we allowed to have any ideas of our own at all? Or just passively float along and accept things?

It is frustrating yup. What we think up matters but I feel like so much tiring effort only does so much good and even that unravels ... maybe that’s negative view but maybe it’s truth. I don’t know; yesterday I was free today I’m trapped.
