Good for you Hidden and it's terrific news to read that your daughter and family are over to involve you in the celebrations. I'm like you, I can't be near to a BBQ (even though I really love the food, lol!) so you've not alone.
Relax, take in all those good vibes and ENJOY. 🌞🍷🌻🌹

Hidden - when you are not 100% focused on anything other than your illness,it is so very, very possible or to enjoy even the simplest of things....like you did with your little grandson and the water pistol! It's in our minds that we are ill BUT simple facts support the theory that if you change the way you look at everything, that you certainly can give yourself a better quality of life. You can still enjoy your grandchildren and.much, much, more!!😀 You just have to give your brain a break coz all that over thinking drives us mad eventually eh? You've shown that you CAN turn all your negative thoughts, one by one, slowly does it,into thoughts of a positive notion. It's a medical fact that if you change your thoughts from miserable to hopeful, your whole outlook on life with change for the better. BELUEVE ME. It's just like CBT.
