Social phobia

My age is 30 and i am suffering from social phobia. I can't talk confidently. I have no friend. When i go to public my Heartbeats very fast.. I am taking zoloft 50mg... Please somebody help me give me some advice

Ask your dr for 5-10 mg of propanol and take 30 minutes before you need to go out. It’s an old blood pressure med used specifically for social anxiety and public speaking anxiety. Literally within 15-20 minutes you can actually feel your heart rate slowing to a normal beat 60-80 bpm and your blood pressure decreases a bit. The good thing is you take only as needed not daily.
