Does anybody have heart palpitations like in the a.m or p.m or sometimes during the if feeling stressed but wake up feeling okay.Do you take medication just for the heart palpitations or is it associated to anxiety

Does anybody have any natural remedies for heart palpitations?

Are they harmful if not taking any kind of medication?

Would love the feedback

I have pretty bad palpitations at night. Gives me serious insomnia. I’m usually okay in the morning because I’m like. Well I’m already awake, so I just ignore them after a while and try to get on with my day.

I haven’t tried it myself, but I’ve been meaning to. I can say I tried his videos for tonsil stones, dry eyes and nerd neck, and they all worked for me. He’s got some on depression and anxiety too. It’s kind of like exercises that release physical tension in your body and that helps reduce certain symptoms you experience. Not sure if it’s legit or not, just know what i tried worked so I do them every once in while. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I used to get no sleep in the beginning cause of the palpitations or that my heart was pumping so loud that i couldn't sleep and my mind would just wonder alot about it but now i feel like im coping better and then i finally go to bed im usually a night owl anyways.

Do you think heart palpitations are dangerous if no medication is tooken?

Have you seen a cardiologist for it? What have they told you if you have gone.

I’ve been to a cardiologist and had an ekg, they said my heart is good, mind you I also have a bit of a weak heart anyway, because I was blacked out for 3 days from severe dehydration when I was younger.

This video should be okay to do if you’re not on medication. It’s like light exercising, and if it feels like too much you can just stop.

I do advise going to see a doctor if you can even if it’s anxiety because they’ll be able to tell you if your heart is okay and get you on a treatment plan. If you’re trying to do it without medication, i tried that for a period of time but ultimately medication was the best thing for me. Most importantly though, with or without medication I still had to work closely with my doctor to monitor my anxiety symptoms.

Do you ever feel nauseated,or like a stomach ache due to anxiety or just out of energy sometimes?

I've have a ekg done not to long ago and then they said it was okay but i was like i wasnt feeling any palpitations at the time.

Do you try to eat healthier?

During a time when I was doing intensive treatment for panic disorder, I did try eating healthy and i definitely felt better over all. I know for a fact if I drink alcohol or have anything with caffeine it triggers me. I don’t drink alcohol at all and I only drink one caffeine drink per day if I’m not feeling too anxious that day.

I’m supposed to be eating healthier now, because I’m nutrient deficient but I’ve been slacking. 😓

It's been four months since I havent drank alcohol but this pass weekend I had one beer and I was still iffy about it so I didn't even finish it cause I didn't want it to tigger my anxiety.

I really don't have anybody to talk about my anxiety so i come on here for support and concerns..

I've never been a fan of caffeine only if it's like a frapp lol

I usually try to eat a apple a day..

My biggest thing is always feeling like I'm a burden and like I'm never going be a normal functioning person. Do you ever feel like that? Also how long have you had anxiety/depression for?

I feel like i worry alot and overthink it in my head.

but ive been stressed alot lately or thinking of the worst case scenario to happen.

I feel like a burden some time like i wonder if they think i am coming over too much.

I am quite new only about four months.

Yeah it’s easy to feel like you’re too much for others when you’re keenly aware that you’re too much for your own self. I’ve had anxiety/depression pretty steadily for going on 14 years. Definitely have to be gentle with yourself when you’re just starting out make sure you’re taking care of your health the best you can do and making sure you give yourself enough time to relax and recover from stress. That’s something I did not do when I started out. 😓

I found it helpful to learn what is normal symptoms of anxiety and to learn to recognize how my symptoms present themselves. Like for me, at first my biggest symptoms were tremors, hyperventilating and a sense of expending doom. Now my biggest symptoms are insomnia, palpitations and racing thoughts.

Anxiety can change at times and make you think it’s something else, but that’s why learning the symptoms and checking for them helped me to stay on top of them.

Me and my mum both have heart palpitations. Both of us hear it more when we are stressed or have been doing a fair amount of physical activity. We both often hear it more at night, maybe because we're not doing anything. We've both been checked and neither of us have any heart problems. We were told it's purely stress and we should sit down and try to relax by doing something that makes us happy (a distraction) until we can't hear it as much any more. If you're worried, the best bet is to go to the doctor, I'm sure they'll know what is best for you. I hope you have a good day and feel better.

I usually hear it more when i'm about to go to bed and right when i wake up but then it goes away but it is a every day thing.

No, I don't take medication for it.

And I have no idea, I'm not a doctor, which is why I suggest you go and ask one, I'm sure they'll have more answers than I do. To reassure you, my mum is 63, she's had palpatations as long as she can remember and she's never had a heart attack because she listened to the advice the doctor gave her (to rest often) and I'm 23 and I've had palpatations since I was about 14, and I've never had any heart attack symptoms no matter how stressed I got and how loud I could hear my heart. I assume it's because neither of us have a heart condition, but I can't know that for sure.
