Having a meltdown this morning

My brain is doing bad things to me again. I’m having a panic attack/meltdown over my fears of trouble with my bf.

I’m having a tough time right now with my emotions.

I need to remember, I’m not going to feel good all the time. Some emotions feel terrible. This happens to everybody sometimes.

I think I will take my medicine. That should help.

Good morning, I agree with you you should definitely take your medicine because why not taking medicine that is for anxiety anxiety can actually be amplified when stopping it briefly. There are many tools to deal with anxiety that I've learned throughout my years of therapy. Medication is no magic pills and we have to put in the effort and work.when I have anxiety and I'm feeling overwhelmed I take myself out of all situations if I can sit myself down and take 10 deep breaths to regroup myself before tackling anything else it does really work. I hope you feel better today have a great day.

How are you feeling now? Has your day improved?

I feel a little calmer. Ativan helps.

Also, I’m feeling like I would want to commit suicide if he breaks up with me. But so far, he hasn’t broken up with me. So I can wait and not do anything until/unless that happens.

That is such a healthy attitude.

Thinking of you.

Those kind of emotions can be torturous at times 😔

I’m sorry your feeling that way 🌺🌺🌻🌻 xx

Writing and sharing your thoughts and feelings is a good thing to do. Props! Hope you feel better ❤

My sympathies go out to you, I hope your day improves and you can work out whatever issues between your boyfriend and you.

Your feller recently asked you to move in with him and you did, doesn't sound like the actions of someone who wants to break up with you. Maybe you have a fear of him ending the relationship and because of your anxiety your mind is exaggerating this out of all proportion?

Maybe concentrate on having nice times together, treat him to a meal at his favourite restaurant and when he asks why reply: "Because you're worth it!" With any luck he won't have seen the L'Oreal adverts on TV.

Not what you're looking for?
