So I don’t know if any of you been with this symptom but it feels like some electric shook or idk. It’s weird & it happens under my right ear. If anyone knows something let me know. Btw tomorrow I’ll be going to the doctor.

I get that sometimes I actually thought I was the only one but it feels weird like if a small vessel popped or something but I think it’s just due to our facial movements or something

Yeah , I feel more relax knowing that others been through it. But it’s something that when happens it makes me nervous fr I suffer of panic attacks & I hate it when I have these weird symptoms.

I know when I first felt it I had severe anxiety didn’t know how to react since every small pain I feel I panic then I end up going to the doctor but I had several of those shocks but it only last for seconds then it goes away but it’s nothing serious which is a good thing

Yes me too every new symptom makes me panic cause I don’t know if it’s something that’ll pass or something bad plus anxiety just comes out of nowhere like all of a sudden I’m just sitting down and I start to feel anxious and I panic and can’t control my symptoms

Are you currently on any meds? Some can cause what is commonly referred to as brain zaps, though I haven’t experienced them in that particular area. Buspar did that to me.

No, I’m not in meds. What is Buspar?

It is supposedly a mild anxiety medication, but I have an adverse reaction to it. What you’re experiencing could be an anxious response to a muscle spasm, or maybe you were tense from being anxious. If it gives you peace of mind, get it checked out.

You’re welcome. I’ve had those feelings in my head, but not at that particular spot. How did your dr. Visit go? What did they say about it?

It could be a muscle spasm from being all tensed up during a panic attack. It’s not uncommon.

I don’t feel it under my ear, but I do, actually feel it in my head sometimes. I know a lot of people in other groups I’m in, says it’s “brain zaps” and is common and normal. Definitely check with your doctor though.

I think it’s probably “Brain Zaps” too.
