Hi everyone hope you all are doing good I have not been on for a long time..I fell in a very bad mood I didn't want to do anything but sleep and eat so today I told myself to get up and go on your PC and put on you tube and call friends go on some chats and get your self out of the mood before it is too late....Well no more about me..I hope you all are doing good and I want to say thank you to my friends on here that were here for me before I ran away and just went to a dark place....

We all have our ups and downs, if we do suffer from Depression and Anxiety and it keeps coming back people are are very friendly and will listen and help you.
