Fun idea for boosting your mood

Have a separate Instagram account where you follow therapists, funny memes, dogs, cats or whatever you like that boosts your mood. I have one that I used to use for my weight loss but I now follow lots of therapy accounts. It’s helpful to have info like that at your fingertips. I like that it’s separate from my personal social media so I don’t have to see people’s happy posts when I’m feeling crappy.

I know what you mean. I have a facebook account for an area of town that I grew up. Nobody post personal things; just funny memes and other weird things. I prefer that to my regular account where I get depressed sometimes reading all the other happy (and sometimes fake) posts of other people's lives.
