i was reading about this actor who died from a seizure while asleep and now im scarred to fall asleep and im checking for signs and im looking at symptoms to see if i would get a seizure too and some of these symptoms i have felt so now im even more scarred to fall asleep and i also feel weird sensations in my head which is adding even more anxiety and ive been looking into aftermaths of seizures and how some people suffer injuries and its making me even more scarred and i just feel like somethings gonna happen and i took a sleeping pill because i have problems sleeping but im scarred that i wont wake up.
