Anyone gotten this scary throat sensation?

So when I get an attack of physical symptoms, not going to call it a panic attack, because I doubt that all of this crap is just anxiety. I noticed that my heart is so slow, but at the same time pounding so hardly that I can feel it pound at the bottom of my throat, not only that but each beat hurts, sends throbbing pain, which of course leads to me worrying about my breathing stopping. I’m really scared, did anyone get this before??

When I'm in a downer, I can hear every missed beat and irregular pulse all the time, that is until something distracts my intense heart attention.

For many weeks I did not notice it. That was wonderful. I was going through a busy happy time on holiday at another property we have in West of Ireland.

I have realised that everybody with practice can focus so hard on their heart/pulse rate that every pulse and missed added or whatever.

A councillor showed me how to Focus on my Thumb & feel every pulse in it, it was irregular the same as my heart rate.

She really annoyed as she seemed to be making little of my Major Annoying 2 year long torment.

Took me a while to appreciate what she was trying to do.

So Sx… Sx I am now back in the same situation as you are but maybe not as bad of course, I don't have and pain, except for between my shoulders. Maybe at heart level, but really as it improves when I go to the Gym and do some limbering exercises.

So if I can find my RELEASE KEY again I will get back to you. In the meantime I do care and understand and I'm not saying that you don't have other problems that I don't know about.
