I have tried to get over anxiety now for nearly five years. I never really had panic attacks thankfully. But I feel odd or weird or not right constantly all day I wake up feeling sick etc. I constantly focus on my feelings all day all the time 24/7 how can overcome this?

I think I know what you mean. I look for ways to fill my day. I study the Word of God, listen to music or books or text community when I'm at home. I would also call my children but my son suggested I find a community to share with and I'm glad he did. I think if I thought about my feelings all the time I would be miserable. I wish I had a job that would allow me the opportunity to converse with others if that is my future I don't know.
