Anxiety or exhaustion?

I am not feeling well this morning. Either from exhaustion or anxiety. I am hot, dizzy and feel like puking. I use to have anxiety many years ago. We moved 5 years ago and I do not like it here. People are not friendly and there are many fake people. So i feel have had some anxiety off and on. Last night my son was married! It was fun! This morning i am leaving for Florida so i have been overwhelmingly busy. I guess i just need reassurance that i am just overly tired with some anxiety. I feel like crying, but has not came out yet. I know anxiety comes in all forms. This is just no fun at all.

Its probably anxiety AND exhaustion. It's draining being on edge all the time and yesterday (although lovely) must have been an overwhelming, emotional day for you. Busy too. I think it will pass XXX
