Hi guys, this is kinda weird for me, I’ve never done it before...
I’ve been struggling w anxiety for 10+ years now, and I’ve been doing really well for about 4. In the past week though I’ve been really struggling. I get chest pain that just sends me into a panic attack. I’ve had a chest x-ray and a heart EKG and they were both normal, so it must just be anxiety. But I can’t seem to convince myself of that.
It sucks feeling like I’ve taken a step back in my healing. I’ve been normal for so long, and then this just starts back up again, it’s really discouraging. Any advice?

Has there been any changes in your life or medications? Maybe you should have an exam and labs by a primary care physician. There are other medical conditions that can cause symptoms similar to anxiety for example thyroid dysfunction. If you had control over it, you can get back there. Don't give up hope!
