Hi guys, I'm new to this group. I have MDD and PTSD. The past few days I have been sinking really low and I keep wondering what to do to stay out of the hospital. Does anyone have suggestions for tools to use when the spiral starts going downward? I thought today of ON DAY AT A TIME, ONE HOUR AT A TIME; CONSIDER CONSEQUENCES. But things are not getting better. Does anyone have any tools that really help them? Thanks!

Hugatree, I use Affirmations as well as Mindfulness Meditation
(living in the moment) You need to stop the spiral. My "go to" is
YouTube. I find it so helpful.
