I'm new to this forum, but not so new to dealing with anxiety. I had a good year.. seemed to have it under control, but these past few months have been difficult. I've been lashing out at loved ones, feeling as if no one cares about me, and pushing people away to "protect" myself. It has been making quite the negative impact on my life lately and I just want to gain control over my anxiety. I have searched for support groups near me without much luck. I have tried one on one sessions without much luck. So I thought I might try some online support and see if that helps.

Can you explain why you have made a backward step to your Anxiety. Have you talked to your family doctor ?
