Palpitations

Having a horrible day. non stop heart palpitations all different kinds they feel like. I could be walking, bending over, relaxing, sleeping and they happen. I can’t pinpoint what triggers them. I was referred to a cardiologist when I was in the hospital. I went on Wednesday and cardiologist real all the test that were done at the hospital (ekg,echocardiogram,chest x-ray and blood work) and she said my heart if fine. She also listen to my heart and didn’t hear anything abnormal. So I tell myself “ if I’m fine why do I still feel soooo sick?” I’m wake up already worried of what my day is going to be like and I’ll feel a irregular heart beat and that’s it it ruins my whole day and I’m just there waiting for the next one to hit. I’m so tired of all this
