book shelf theory

Not sure if this will help anyone having anxiety attacks. I learned this in the hospital that with the bookshelf there is to take one book off at a time. If you take all the books off at once you'll end up having an attack. Its like taking one off and putting back when done. If you finish with one just let it sit there and collect dust or throw it out since you don't need it anymore. I've been trying to work on this theory as much as I can since i been out of the hospital. Hope this helps everyone or at least some of you.

It would be good if I could remember this when I’m right in the thick of it.
