I've noticed that I almost always feel tired, moody, or low energy during the day. Paradoxically, I've found that the best way to deal with this issue (paradoxically) has been to go to bed really late, so I'm tired enough the next day to take a nap. To do this, I not only have to be sleep deprived; I also have to have a really heavy lunch (otherwise, I wake up feeling very moody). After I nap, I feel amazing, but otherwise, I just feel kinda "bleh" all the time. I feel like this is not a healthy way of coping, but it's the only way I really feel energized. Any thoughts about better ways to handle my lack of energy?

Hello. I feel the same way. I feel great after taking naps. I’m not running from my feelings I just get tired. When I’m rested I try to get some exercise. Sleep is good for you. Just go with it! Good Luck!
