People who have chronic health conditions, including autoimmune conditions, liver disease, thyroid disease and inflammatory bowel disease, may have lower hemoglobin levels, which increases the chances of developing anemia.

Hemoglobin levels increase in situations where a person needs more oxygen in their body. Consequently, someone who has lung or kidney disease, who smokes, or is dehydrated, may be at risk of increased hemoglobin levels

There’s an underlying cause. I don’t know your health history so I can’t tell you more.

It’s also possible you’re slightly dissociating but I’d find out the reason you went from anemic to the things listed above. Your body is not in homeostasis. Why? Drugs? Nicotine? Lack of food to self harm? What are your vitamin D and B levels look like?

I’d say you should realize you’re a person of great value and we need you so a new simple but well-balanced diet with no drinking or drugs would be how we keep you healthy. It may be a prescribed medication. Talk to your doctor and quit smoking if you do. Sending peace and love your way🍀💛

Thank you so much for this. I don’t take drugs or drink or smoke. It’s probably just a lot of negative thinking. :(

There is a bright light there. You recognize the negative thinking. I know lots of ppl journal but I find this better to stop negative thinking. Get a pad of paper. Each day write three words across it so eventually you’ll have columns. The rules are:

- you have to like the words or what they mean

- you have to like the way they’re spelled or how they sound

- one has to be about nature

- write three words in the morning and read all the words on the page at night

- using a dictionary to find happy words is fine

- you’re not looking for words that describe your life or yourself.

- After you fill up two sheets one word other than the nature word has to be about you.

- Again write in the morning and read before bed.

Negative to positive. My first three words were ‘sun, tea, dirigible’. Thats my favorite non-medical word.

This trains your neuropathways to a different electric current. This morning I had ‘baby toes, rain, Blue eyes’.

It’s easy and doesn’t take much time. Good luck 🍀💛
