Yes. Anxiety causes your bp to rise. 90 to 120 is nothing to be alarmed about. My advice is to stop taking it as this only increases your anxiety. x

I'm not talking about blood pressure...i'm talking about heart rate.

The same with your heartbeat. Anxiety causes this to rise. Again it isn't dangerous so there is nothing to worry about. x

It's quite high but not dangerously so. Like I said anxiety can cause your heart rate to rise so the more you do it the more anxious you get so it's a vicious circle. My advice is to stop checking it which should bring it down as you are less anxious.

However I am not a doctor so if you are worried you need to check with yours. x

You get anxious when you check or you are already anxious then you check?

It is high yes. Do you have a medical condition that makes you check?

If your resting heart rate is always that high a doctor may put you on something. Mayb you need a 24 hour monitor to see what your pulse is doing fir a full day.

Your concerns def need to be discussed with your md. My thought has always been rule out everything else before saying it's anxiety.

Oh that's good then. It's not constantly high. Yes health anxiety is aweful isn't it. I have it too. Sounds like things have been well checked.

Do you do things to calm your nerves. Meditate? Yoga? Any exercise.

What I've found is those things cut off my anxiety for a bit. Giving me mind and body benefits.

I know what you are going through. I have to reel myself back to reality a lot. Take the time to say ok, this bruise I have in my arm is because I banged it yesterday it's not because I have leukemia.
