I woke up to make my daughters bottle and now I'm wide awake! Lol I know I'll crash within an hour or 2 but for now, how is everyone?

I know I'll still have bad days, like everyone else, but really thankful for taking the step to recovery even after the Zoloft gave me that horrible experience. It took a lot of courage, but man am I so glad I did it. Lamictal is changing my way of viewing anxiety. I know I'm not where I want to be. But this is a huge step. Just thought I'd share my small victory.
