Hysterctomy and menapause

So i have had anxiety and depression since i was 15. Thats when i started my period. Had my boys and got postpartum really bad. Now hyterectomy and on menapause. So again with anxiety and depression plus sweating my butt off. On paxil and xanax. Also taking vitamins. Scared to take estrogen. Any suggestion?

The hormones in our body can really set us off can't they. I went through menopause at age 50. Symptoms were brutal. But with all the controversy over hormone replacement therapy, I opted not to do hormones and just deal with it all. I won't say it was easy but it's all behind me now and I don't have to spin my head on " why did I take those hormones"

Just my personal preference. Everyone has to weigh benifit and risk
