Hello beautiful Souls
I finally got my hands on a copy of Byron Katie's book on 'The Work' titled, Loving what is and it deals with anxiety and depression and the thoughts that cause it. She gives great insight into how not to attach to the thoughts by believing them but rather how to question them. I started today and got great insight so I wanna share this with everyone because we have choice and I'm choosing not to feel depressed anymore and it takes a great deal of work but its oh so worth it because we're worth living a beautiful life and we do matter!
