Hi, I have dealing with depression since my oldest was born in 2008, but looking back at my life I am pretty sure I have always had depression just undiagnosed. I have been good for the last year or so but just this last weekend everything seemed to spin out of control. My family just got back from Disney on a week vacation and then I just lost it. I am depressed and anxious about everything again. I know post vacation blues are a thing but this is crazy. Do I need to see my doc about meds? Just push through this as it should end soon? I just need guidance and support through this.
Thanks for reading this.

Hello! Sorry to hear you are dealing with these health issues. It’s so tiring.
I am recovering from postpartum mood disorders. My second child is just over 2. Symptoms still here.
I hope you were able to enjoy your trip! Not sure how old your kids are but, I am sure some fun was had!
How do you usually manage your anxiety and depression? Do you go to therapist or psychiatrist? Have a support system at home? There are usually some groups and organizations that can provide support in local areas.
I didn’t want to make it through the night but, morning is here. Emotions constantly change. Hold to that.
I am always here for anyone that wants to talk! ❤️
Hi. I am so sorry this is your experience right now. How do you normally handle your depression? Maybe see your counselor. Maybe exercise. That will release endorphins and help you feel better. I usually listen to positive music that get my mind off of the negative so that I can focus on the positive. I try to find things to do that I normally enjoy doing. I talk with friends. Go places and get out of my routine. I try to be creative. I hope you find what you need to cope during this time. Hugs.
