so I have really bad anxiety that gets worse at night. I also tend to get panic attacks at this time. Ive tried a few things to help me sleep but I don't know what to do any suggestions?

Hi. I've been lying down and breathing into those emotions.... They are very difficult to stay with as fight and flight come into play but the next time you feel a panic attack, stop everything and breath into it allowing it space to transform. Emotions need space to disapate as there will be another emotion that will come after. Try allow your thoughts to come and go like clouds or bubbles. It's very difficult and needs practice. For more info you can see Teal Swan on emotional shadow work on YouTube. Be gentle with yourself as these are inner child traumas. Xxx

thank you so much ill give it a try! I like what you said about stoping and breathing when I feel the panic attack coming because letting it happen is exhausting.

We tend to run away from our emotions especially the negative ones but they actually just need our undivided attention. Just to be with them. It does take practice and if I can do it, anybody can! Xx

Yes, I have found taking magnesium every day helps a lot! I take it in evenings. It will really help me sleep and turn off my brain! Many are depleted and low in magnesium so even Drs are prescribing it. Ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts too. Also, an audio book that I have already heard that isn't too loud helps. Blessings! =)
