feeling Alone ,depressed and negative

Recently,I have this despairing feeling that I cant move on as life is too difficult inasmuch as I lack communication,and cant seem to create a clearer vision away from the pain ,repetitive lifestyle and age is not on my side !im beginning to feel that I have to get motivated soon or I will be stuck forevermore.and then life would no longer be worthwhile..please suggest something.!

Yes,I got as far as looking it up and theres a church not very far from where I live ,though I haven't contacted them as we had a bad spell of weather ,followed by a much better one ;im just trying to feel warm and better about myself -social gatherings Church or otherwise do not appeal as they usually mean family ect.im very much alone everyday of my life .I may speak to someone yet but at the moment experiencing very bad anxiety when weather changes .
