Hi I’m new here. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd with anxiety/ depression disorder honestly possible treatment plans were coming out of the doctor’s mouth and I was freakin’ out of my mind I just had to get out of there so I got a question do pills for depression work bc My best friend’s was taking them and she’s a mess . All I wanna do is cry ,how did I get here

Hi Frances, I definitely relate to this post. It's overwhelming to receive a diagnosis, but in a way, it can also be liberating. You now have some answers and know what you have so you can begin to figure out how to heal. I myself struggle with anxiety/depression and was prescribed Lexapro (5mg). I think the pills help, but honestly, it works best with therapy. You need someone to talk things through with. When I continued to take the pills but left counseling, I feel like the symptoms returned. I still struggle with figuring out what's right for me, but I work at it every day. I hope you find that as well. We deserve to be happy! Rooting for you :o)

Hi well it’s good to know they work because so far my entourage has being freaking out and treating me like I’m an egg which makes things worst but I feel like I’m ready to start talking treatment plan with my doctor

Well a primary doctor I wanna find a good psychiatrist too but I think I gotta switch insurance I feel like it’s gonna be pretty heavy. U got any suggestions?

I life in Belgium and still have not find the. Right one

Yeah I’m pretty full too I don’t even have time to breathe but If i don’t try I might go crazy
