Help what happened?

Hi guys last night I woke up in a boiling hot sweat with pain in my private areas and I went into a full blown panic for around half and hour the house admittedly was warm due to the heating be on but it was one of the worst panics I’ve ever had and I can’t get it out if my head I’m so worried it’s a medical issue and it will happen again
