Why Do The Doctors Offices Have You Sign All These "Release Forms" & They Hardly EVER Use Them ?

When You Have Several Doctors, What's The Purpose In Signing "Release Forms" For Them To Share Information & You Realize The Right Hand Never Seems To Know What The Left Hand Does ?*

I Mean, WHY ?* They Don't Do It ! Here You "Think" You Have A Basic Medical Team. Does It Not Bother You That Everytime You See One Of Your Doctors, Their Like, "What" ?..."When" ?..."What Did They Say" ?....ECT....

I Mean, You Go To One Of Your Doctors, They Make Changes or/ Diagnose Something, And Here You've Signed ALL These Release Forms For Them To Share Your Info With All Your Other Doctors, And They DON'T ?*

You See Your Next Doctor [ knowing you have a limited time ], And Here You Are Spending That Time EXPLAINING Everything [ med changes, diagnosis and all ] From Other Doctors Because They Know NOTHING About It !*

So Tell Me, What Are All These "RELEASE FORMS" For Sending & Sharing Information That You Sign If NOBODY Uses Them ???
