So lately I’ve just been feeling angry , overwhelmed and stressed out . I get so overwhelmed it puts me into like a depressed feeling which makes me procrastinate and just want to do nothing all day . Like today I was totally fine , cooked dinner and put my kids to bed . But then I started to feel overwhelmed and now I feel like a little depression creeping back in . Not sure how to make myself feel better .

Tell your partner or a friend to take care of the kids and dinner for a day and take a well deserved rest. Being a mother is probably one of the hardest jobs in the world, kudos to you for taking that responsibility. Let yourself relax and take some me-time. If it gets worse, talk to a professional before/during your next medical examination. They should have more to tell you, since I'm only talking from personal experience. Taking time off has helped me, maybe it'll help you.
