I have had panic attacks for many years. They almost disappeared for about 5 years. I started this job 2 years ago and some toxic people at my work made me miserable and my panic attacks are back. I can’t sleep much. Always anxious and nauseous. Can’t quit. If I could, I would. How to feel better? How to learn to ignore? These people are just completely fake, gossiping and backstabbers. So terrible to coexist with ppl like that...

When you’re having a panic attack, try taking two deep, slow breaths. When you have done that, take ten deep, slow breaths.
That’s good for immediate relief from the panic attacks.
If you’re having a problem with people at work - document everything. Take notes on incidents as they occur. That way, if it ever comes down to a dispute between you and another person, you’ve got evidence.
Thank you. That is what I have been doing ( documenting everything). It’s becoming more and more difficult for me to go to that place... I don’t sleep much and completely exhausted...
